Provides professional and courteous ground transportation to clients in company vehicles. Must ensure timely and accurate transportation for the delivery or pick up of clients. Needs to maintain the appearance and service of the vehicles. Must have a satisfactory driving record.
Bus Driver (CDL)
Operates company vehicles with 16 or more passengers. Provides professional and courteous bus transportation to passengers between regions or within metropolitan areas. Must have a satisfactory driving record and meet all DOT requirements.
Van Driver (Non-CDL)
Operates company vans or small buses with less than 16 passengers. Provides professional and courteous van transportation to passengers between regions or within metropolitan areas. Must have a satisfactory driving record and meet all DOT requirements.
Dispatches regularly schedule jobs, call-ins and specials to drivers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
Account Executive / Reservation Specialist
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase sales and reservations. Ensures that the company’s products and services consistently meet client’s needs.
Has overall functional, administrative, and operational control for the operations department. Coordinates all operational department workflow activities relating to job routing, customer calls, job ticket tracking, job bundle tracking, and voucher reconciliation.
Assists the Accounting Specialist, President and General Manager with secretarial, clerical, administrative, technical and/or operational support.
Responsible for the daily administrative functions as well as managing the financial accounting and record keeping functions of the company.
Risk Management Coordinator
Supervises scheduled and non-scheduled vehicle maintenance and manages vehicle maintenance reports/logs. Oversees the progression of vehicle safety & registration that comply with U.S. DOT and state regulations. Also coordinates with Human Resources in order to train all employees on company policies and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
Responsible for the daily operation of the organization in accordance with all company policies and procedures; coordinate, assist and direct all department managers with normal and abnormal operations; and other duties as assigned by the President.
